MacroTok collects the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: Email address, display name, username, and profile picture (if provided via Google sign-in)
• Activity data: Predictions, comments, likes, bookmarks, and engagement activity
• Wallet data: Public wallet address on Polygon. We never have access to your private keys — your embedded wallet is self-custodial via Privy
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, and screen size for responsive design
• Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the product experience

• Provide, maintain, and improve the MacroTok platform
• Process your predictions and display your activity on leaderboards and profiles
• Send transactional notifications (market resolutions, badge awards)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Privy (authentication & wallets), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), MoonPay (funding)
• Public profiles: Your username, display name, avatar, predictions, and stats are visible to other users
• Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Privy with enterprise-grade security. Your wallet private keys are managed by Privy's secure enclave — MacroTok never has access to them.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Anonymized trading activity may be retained for analytics and regulatory compliance.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

MacroTok uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and user preferences (theme, haptic feedback settings). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

MacroTok is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
